Bill Matters is an AI-powered denial management and appeal generation platform operated by Biz4Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company with its principal place of business at 7380 W Sand Lake Rd, #500, Orlando, FL 32819, USA.
Throughout these Terms, "Bill Matters," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Biz4Group LLC operating the Bill Matters platform. "You" and "your" refer to the individual or organization using the platform.
Bill Matters is designed for use by healthcare billing professionals, medical practices, and billing companies in the United States. The platform generates AI-assisted appeal letter drafts for denied medical insurance and Workers Compensation claims. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice.
By accessing billmatters.com or app.billmatters.com, creating an account, or using any feature of the platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Bill Matters Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you are using Bill Matters on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In that case, "you" refers to both you individually and the organization.
To use Bill Matters you must:
Bill Matters is available to users across the United States. Nothing in these Terms restricts access based on the state in which you operate. Governing law and dispute resolution provisions reference Florida law solely because that is where Biz4Group LLC is incorporated and operates.
To access the full platform you must create an account by providing your full name, work email address, organization name, and role. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@billmatters.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required for all accounts and must be configured before accessing the product application.
One account is created per organization. The person who registers becomes the Admin. Admins may invite additional team members as Members. All team members share the organization's case queue and free appeal balance. Admins are responsible for ensuring that all Members under their account comply with these Terms.
Bill Matters provides an AI-powered platform that reads uploaded denial documents, analyzes denial reasons, identifies missing evidence, and generates payer-specific appeal letter drafts for Workers Compensation claims and Medical Insurance claims (commercial insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid).
During the current product phase, generated appeal drafts are visible on screen within the platform but the download and export function requires connecting with the Bill Matters team. This is a product limitation of the current release, not a contractual restriction. We will notify users when direct download becomes available.
We target 99.5% platform uptime excluding planned maintenance. We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
Each organization account receives three (3) free appeal generations. No credit card or payment information is required to use the free tier. Free appeals do not expire.
Bill Matters is currently offered at no charge during its early access period. Pricing terms for access beyond the free tier will be communicated to users before any charges are applied. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before introducing paid plans.
When paid plans are introduced, pricing terms, payment schedules, and any revenue-share arrangements will be set out in a separate pricing agreement or updated terms. You will have the opportunity to review and accept any new pricing terms before they apply to your account.
You agree to use Bill Matters only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
